2007 年 11 月。Mac 版 Google Desktop が Google Gadgets に対応した。
Windows 版のやうなサイドバーに納まる形じゃなくて、Mac Dashboard に統合される形での提供だった。Google Desktop をインストールすると、専用の Gadget 管理ツールが付いてくる。

今回、その Google Gadgets ツールが多言語対応した。日本語にも対応。日本語の他には、英語、フランス語、イタリア語、ドイツ語、スペイン語、オランダ語、中国語/繁体字・簡体字をサポートした。
バージョンは、1.0.0 から 1.0.1 に上がる。変更点はメニュー etc... が日本語化されたことだけっぽい。
バージョンが上がらない方は、Google Updater のメニューから「Google アップデータ > 更新の確認」をしませう。
